Starting with college Mr. Haven completed a degree in Industrial Engineering. He achieved some merit in his undergraduate work, this was followed by a masters in analytic studies. He Worked these jobs before being picked up for the foundation: Plant management (Increased efficiency of workers and machines alike),a risk analyst, and finally professional statistician and market analyst. In his last job he found many oddities in the market and wrote many papers on these keeping them to himself, he was eventually led to finding the Marshall, Carter, and Dark Ltd. and he did work for them as an outsider third party analyst. He was found by the Foundation after a raid revealed his information, he was recruited to the organization after a through background check and interrogation (multiple interrogations). He joined the research division due to his engineering and math background he was brought on to do risk analysis of containment procedures and search for weaknesses in containment procedures. Through that work he was brought into the Ethics committee and has risen through the ranks since.
