    Distingushing features: Wears a pair of glasses
    Bio: Flannery is a quiet girl, usually found in her lab. She studied gentics in college, graduating top of her class. It wasn't until she made a huge breakthrough in the compostion of ███████ ████████ ███████ that the foundation took notice of her; promptly "hiring" her as a researcher for site 19.
