Sayuri's Room

*Sayuri lays lazily in a room that seems to be split into two major areas. To one side of the room is a metal workbench, with a steel stool placed underneath. A small pile of metal shavings is swept into the corner near a short bin, with a bright red broom leaning against the wall over it. There is a solid looking door near the workbench, the handle is mounted with a keypad. To the other side of the room is an unremarkable bed, with a purple comforter. Above the bed are two shelves, one with a couple oddly shaped metal shapes. The other shelf has one small metallic insect perched on a wooden pedestal*

*wakes with a yawn and wanders over to the door to the back of the room*

I dont even remember why I requested this keypad.

*she lowers to the door handle and presses the numbered key under the knob, after a brief pause, there is a quiet beep, and the door slowly opens. Sayuri moves into the room and begins searching through boxes and metal piles, it is coupled with clangs and scrapes as metal is moved and dropped*

*after a few minutes of searching, Sayuri comes out of the room with a box, filled with various cords, cables, metal scraps, and a metal sheet. She pushes the door shut behind her with her foot as she walks out, and places the box on the workbench.
Sitting on the stool she pulls the sheet of metal out of the box and lies it flat on the work space. Taking a welder, and mast out from under the workbench, she sets to work on the metal*

*as she works with the metals, it begins to take shape, looking somewhat similar to a spider. The metal chassis is about 5 inches tall, and has a diameter of roughly 11 inches with legs laying out flat. The top half of the body is not constructed, showing that it is hollow. The table is littered with metal shavings and small tools and pliers, noise fills the room as the metal is still worked with*

*the chassis of the mechanical spider now finished, Sayuri props it up onto a small wooden platform. The platform is roughly cut, and only holds it up loosely, allowing for easier reach of the underside. Small motors are being installed onto the joints on each leg, and cables are being run in between them, leading back to the main body, which now has a small motherboard attached inside. There are various other small chips and cards installed inside now, with an antenna boldly presenting itself from the top*

*attaching the final piece of metal to the top of the body of the spider, it cranks quietly, and shakes to life. The small robot stands tall and shuffles about the table for a short time before stopping. With a quick motion, Sayuri snatches up the small bot, and switches it off. She carries it over to her shelf, and places it next to the other insect*
