This is an up to date file on professor Lucian Octavian Camorra or by the foundation Doctor LOC. Lets start from the begining a young man by the name Lucian O. [REDACTED] was raised by one of the wealthiest families in the world and was privately taught and later on in life he was first noticed by the foundation after publishing his research on paranormal activity and was later recruited for his medical skills and research into the study of nanite technology and furthering it with his nanite prototype involving a control nanite modular system that needs regular fuel injections to maintain. On arriving he was assigined to the task force to test experimental equipment then after showing incredible talent as a doctor was sent to site 19 and became current head physician till further notice, and was assigined a guardian by the name of Stein a clone the foundation and he had helped develop using the cloning coffin. His reason for taking this job is to keep his little brother in school, roof over his head, fed, and safe.
