Marcus salutes the two, "Thank both of you for coming. I will try to keep it brief. We are going to be moving into the Red light district of the city of Amsterdam. We are going to neutralize all Chaos Insurgency operatives. I want to emphasize the fact that we need to take some operatives alive."
